HOW IT WORKS

Team members complete a short, confidential assessment. Their responses are transformed into a data-rich report, highlighting strengths, gaps, and role-based patterns. I then facilitate an executive debrief and deliver a tailored playbook of 3–5 strategic priorities to guide stronger team performance. Some clients also choose to pair the Index with workshops, off sites, and coaching to drive long-term behavior change.
