A woman in a black dress and scarf is standing and pointing at a large screen that displays a question about what fills a tank, with lines for responses. Several people are seated with laptops in front of them, taking notes or watching the presentation during a workshop or meeting in an industrial-style room with white brick walls.

EXECUTIVE COACHING

My core specialty is helping CEOs of high-growth companies build leadership teams that can keep pace with the demands of scale. Often, these leaders have inherited teams that were successful in an earlier chapter of the business but are not yet operating at the level the next stage requires.

The symptoms are familiar: priorities lack clarity, decision-making happens in hallway conversations, accountability is inconsistent, and culture has not evolved alongside the business.

Before becoming an executive coach, I spent more than a decade building and leading businesses myself at Electronic Arts and founding ReBoot Accel, helping women relaunch paused careers. I serve on the board of a publicly traded company, which keeps me close to the realities of executive leadership, governance, and growth.

As a trusted advisor to CEOs and their executive teams, I combine my proprietary S.C.A.L.E.™ assessments, executive coaching, and facilitated leadership offsites to strengthen alignment, communication, accountability, and execution. The result is a leadership team capable of scaling with the business and delivering excellence.
